Pick Up & Enjoy
Your wines are ready on the third Thursday at the Trevor’s you selected during checkout. Bring your ID for pickup. You’ll have a full 60 days to grab them.

Is this a recurring subscription?
Monthly and annual subscriptions are billed automatically each month ($59 + tax) or each year ($599 + tax) until you cancel.
How do I redeem my benefits
Benefits are active immediately upon enrollment, including before your first wine pickup. There may be a short delay before your membership status is updated in-store. For immediate activation, show your email receipt at checkout; management can update your membership profile.
10% Off Wine Purchases
At checkout, our staff can verify your membership by attaching your profile using your phone number or email address. If you have just joined and haven’t been added yet, show your Wine Club receipt (within 30 days, name must match ID) as backup.
Zero Corkage
Choose any bottle from the store and let your server know you are a Wine Club member before receiving your check. Staff can confirm with your name or email on file. If your membership is not yet visible in the system, show your Wine Club receipt (same rules as above).
20% Off All Wine Events
Look for the member discount code in your Wine Club emails and enter it at checkout when purchasing tickets. If you cannot find your code, contact your Wine Concierge for assistance.
Reward Points
Added automatically to your account each billing cycle for membership fees and whenever you shop in-store.
Concierge Service
You will have special access to you concierge on the Wine Club Members page for special orders, party sourcing, or wine questions.
When can I sign up?
Enrollment opens on the 1st of each month and closes when capacity is reached.
Sign-ups completed before the enrollment closes, secure that month’s release.
When enrollment is closed, you can join during the next open period.
We recommend signing up as soon as the window opens, since we cannot guarantee how long spots will last.
Can I sign up in the store?
No. All Wine Club sign-ups must be completed online at Trevors.com/club.
When do I get my first wines?
If you join during the enrollment window, your subscription begins with that month’s release. Wines are ready for pickup on the third Thursday.
What wines will I get?
Each month our team tastes through hundreds of bottles and selects two standouts — one red and one white. Selections rotate monthly and often feature rare regions, small producers, or unique varietals.
What if I want more wine?
Reach out to your concierge at wineclub@trevorsliquor.com. Additional bottles may be available while supplies last.
How long do I have to pick them up?
You have 60 days from release day. That gives you two full months of flexibility to swing by when it works for you. After 60 days, bottles are no longer guaranteed and will not be refunded.
Can I pause my membership?
Memberships can’t be put “on hold.” If you need a break, you’ll need to cancel and restart when you’re ready. However, if you want to make sure your spot is still available, email us at wineclub@trevorsliquor.com and we’ll hold it for up to 90 days.
Can I have my wines shipped?
Not during the summer. If shipping becomes available in cooler months, it will be limited to Arizona addresses and subject to an extra fee. Updates will be shared by email and on our website.
Can someone else pick up my wines?
Yes. You can authorize another person 21+ to pick up on your behalf. They’ll need their ID and a copy of your email receipt. We recommend emailing us first at wineclub@trevorsliquor.com so we can note the authorization and ensure a smooth process.
