Trevor’s Wine Club Terms of Service
Effective Date: August 1st, 2025.
By joining Trevor’s Wine Club, you agree to the following:
Subscription Details
- Membership is $49 + tax per month or $499 + tax per year, billed at the time of sign-up.
- This is an
automatically renewing subscription. You will be billed on the same calendar day each month or year until you cancel.
- You must be
21 years of age or older and a resident of Arizona to participate.
- Memberships
must be purchased online at www.trevors.com/club. In-store sign-ups are not available.
Enrollment Periods
- Enrollment opens on the 1st of each month and closes on the third Thursday at 11:59 pm, or sooner if capacity is reached.
- Sign-ups
completed by the third Thursday secure that month’s release.
- Pickup begins at 10:00 am on the third Thursday of the month.
- When enrollment is
closed, you can join during the next open period.

Pickup & Fulfillment
- Wines are available for
in-store pickup only at the location selected during sign-up.
- A valid
government-issued photo ID is required at pickup.
- You may authorize another person (21+) to pick up your order. They must present their ID and
a copy of your email receipt. Please notify us in advance by emailing wineclub@trevorsliquor.com.
- Shipping is not available during summer months due to temperature constraints. If shipping becomes available during cooler months, it will be restricted to
within Arizona only, and subject to additional fees. Updates regarding shipping availability will be communicated via email and/or the website.
- Wines must be picked up within 60 days of the release date. After 60 days, unclaimed bottles are no longer guaranteed and will not be refunded or replaced.
- In the event of a billing failure, Trevor’s will contact you using the contact information provided at sign-up. Membership benefits may be paused until billing is resolved.
Member Benefits
- Benefits are active immediately upon enrollment, including before your first wine pickup.
10% Off Retail Wine Purchases
- Discount applies at point of sale. To redeem, show your most recent Wine Club email receipt. The name on the receipt must match your ID. Staff may also verify active membership in the system. Some allocated or limited-production wines may be excluded.
20% Off Trevor’s-Hosted Wine Events
- Members will receive event discount codes via email. Discount applies only to events hosted by Trevor’s. Co-sponsored or third-party events may be excluded.
Waived Corkage Fees
- Members enjoy waived corkage on bottles purchased at Trevor’s, including Wine Club selections. To redeem, show your most recent Wine Club receipt. The name must match your ID.
Concierge Service
- Members can contact
wineclub@trevorsliquor.com for special wine orders, party sourcing, or general questions.
- Memberships are non-transferable. Benefits apply only to the named account holder unless otherwise specified.
- Wine Club discounts
cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated by Trevor’s.
- All in-store consumption of wine is subject to state liquor laws and Trevor’s in-house policies.
Loyalty Points Accrual
- Loyalty points are earned on the pre-tax subscription amount. Monthly members receive 49 points; annual members receive 499 points. Points accrue once per billing cycle and follow the terms of the Trevor’s Loyalty Program.
Other Terms
- All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges on Wine Club selections.
- By joining, you agree to receive Wine Club communications via email and/or SMS.
You may opt out at any time, though transactional communications (e.g., receipts, pickup reminders) may still be sent.
- In the event of distributor shortages or supply issues, Trevor’s may substitute wines of equal or greater value. Members will be
notified of any substitutions via email.
- Additional bottles of Wine Club selections may be available for purchase while supplies last. For availability, email wineclub@trevorsliquor.com.
- Monthly membership
capacity may vary depending on distributor allocations and supply availability.
- Each person may hold only
one active Wine Club membership at a time. Trevor’s may offer additional membership options in the future, but multiple concurrent memberships per individual are not permitted.
- Cancellation may be completed online at www.trevors.com/account, or by emailing wineclub@trevorsliquor.com. Email cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid charges.
Force Majeure
- Trevor’s Liquor shall not be liable for delays or failure to fulfill Wine Club benefits due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, extreme weather, distributor shortages, government regulations, or transportation disruptions.
Modification or Termination of Program
- Trevor’s Liquor reserves the right to
modify or cancel the Wine Club program at any time, with or without notice.
