Introducing Dream Spirits 3 Barrel Blend, Dream Spirits Kentucky Single Barrel 10yr, and Dream Spirits Tennessee 20yr Single Barrel
The 3 Barrel Blend combines 10yr Kentucky Bourbon, 9yr Indiana Bourbon, and 19yr Dickle Tennessee Bourbon for layered complexity and balanced sweetness, with notes of toffee, peanut brittle, walnut, cherry jam, caramel, dark chocolate, mineral, leather, and dusty oak.
The Kentucky Single Barrel 10yr, originally set aside for Booker’s, is creamy and nutty with a smoky, roasted finish. Flavors of caramel, hazelnut, butter pastry, milk chocolate, barrel char, allspice, and dry oak.
The Tennessee 20yr Single Barrel is dense and oaky, with nutty, spicy depth, surprising sweetness, and notes of peanut brittle, walnut, dark sugar, dusty oak, black pepper, allspice, black tea, light mineral, and leather.
*The 20yr is incredibly limited (the barrel yielded 31 bottles total) and will be sold in a bundle with any Dark Arts of your choosing*

About 75% of the world's Grüner is still grown in Austria, although you will also find it in places like the USA, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic.
What's it like? High acidity, citrusy aromas, and that classic white pepper note - thanks to the same compound that gives Syrah its peppery kick
It's almost always dry, with little to no oak. Think of it as Sauvignon Blanc's Austrian cousin but with extra flair.
