Celebrated each year on the first Friday of September, Chianti is more than just a red wine - it's the essence of Tuscany in a glass, crafted primarily from the Sangiovese grape and renowned for its bright acidity, cherry notes, and earthy depth.
The heart of it all is Chianti Classico, marked by the famous clack rooster seal, though subzones like Rufina, Colli Senesi, and Colli Florentini each offer their own unique expressions.
